RED WINES BY THE BOTTLE

St. Francis Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon, 1999 $38.00
100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 14-16 months in new American and older French oak barrels. Robust style and softened tannins make this wine enjoyable on its own or with your meal.

Sequoia Grove Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, 1999 $51.00
Sequoia Grove Winery is named for the large trees that flank its entrance. Specializing in only Napa Valley Chardonnay and Cabernet, Sequoia Grove is known for wines with style and grace.

Benziger Family Winery Sonoma Merlot, 1999 $38.00
The Benzigers use their Farming for Flavors techniques to emphasize the cherry and red berry flavors of the Merlot grape. This wine is aged 15-18 months in a mix of American and French oak barrels to add layers of flavors to the wine.

St. Francis Sonoma Merlot, 1999 $45.00
Tom Mackey was named "Master of Merlot" by Wine Spectator after the publication awarded his wines with top honors. Favorite characteristics are plummy black cherry flavors and spice essences contributed by the barrels.

Domaine Carneros Brut by Taittinger, Vintage 1998/1999 $45.00
Made from a blend of 40% Chardonnay and 57% Pinot Noir (with a balance of Pinot Meunier), Domaine Carneros Brut is aged three years in the bottle before release to contribute to its tasty flavors and long finish.

Taittinger Brut La Française $66.00
Made with the delicate first pressing of the grapes which contributes to Taittinger's delicate style. This is one of the last great family-owned Champagne houses.

WHITE WINES

Sequoia Grove Carneros/Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2000/2001 $38.00
Sequoia Grove Chardonnay is made from grapes grown in the cool Carneros district. Carneros fruit contributes to the tropical character in the wine.

Louis Jadot Pouilly-Fuissé, 2001 $42.00
This 100% Chardonnay wine from Burgundy, France, is made by one of the area's most respected firms—Maison Louis Jadot.

Cakebread Cellars Napa Valley Chardonnay, 2001 $67.00
The Cakebread family is celebrating their 30th year of Napa Valley winemaking. They have achieved numerous awards and established a substantial following for their full-bodied style Chardonnay.
