| Surrounded all his life by his great grandmother and father in the restaurant business, Bruce Bozzi, Jr. knew he’d carry on the Palm legacy. It was in Bruce’s blood to follow in his family’s footsteps, as he'd spend his summers working in the East Hampton's locations as well as Los Angeles.
Bruce plans to continue the success and reputation of Palm Restaurant and wants to bring the new Westside location an energy and youthfulness to the celebrities that dine here, as well as the business executives and Broadway bound travelers that flood the doors.
